Cheeseburger Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound of beef, ground
02 - 12 small buns for sliders

→ Spices

03 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
04 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

→ Sauce and Add-ons

07 - 1 tablespoon of oil (vegetable)
08 - 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
09 - 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
10 - 1/4 cup of mayo
11 - 1/2 cup of cheese, shredded (cheddar)
12 - 1 tablespoon ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat at 375°F. Slice the buns in half, arranging the bottoms on baking paper on a tray.
02 - Combine your ground beef and all your spices. Roll them into a dozen small rounds about 2 inches wide, and cook each side for 3–4 minutes.
03 - Stir together the mustard, mayo, and ketchup until smooth.
04 - Smear sauce on the buns, layer on the cheese and cooked patties, add pickles, and finish by crowning with the bun tops.
05 - Pop them in the oven for about 8–10 minutes. Watch for the cheese to melt and the bread to turn golden.
