Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Melt

# Ingredients:

1 ounce softened cream cheese.

2 slices big bread.

2 jalapeños, thinly sliced.

6 slices of pepper jack cheese.

5 crispy, cooked bacon pieces.

2 tablespoons butter, divided.

1 tablespoon toasted panko crumbs.
# Instructions:

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice, saving 1 teaspoon for later.

On the unbuttered sides, smear cream cheese. Pile on pepper jack, bacon, and jalapeño slices.

Toast panko in a pan with the leftover butter until golden and crisp.

Place the panko on top, then press the second bread slice. Grill each side for 5-10 minutes until it's golden and melted inside.
