Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ounce softened cream cheese.
02 - 2 slices big bread.
03 - 2 jalapeños, thinly sliced.
04 - 6 slices of pepper jack cheese.
05 - 5 crispy, cooked bacon pieces.
06 - 2 tablespoons butter, divided.
07 - 1 tablespoon toasted panko crumbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Spread butter on one side of each bread slice, saving 1 teaspoon for later.
02 - On the unbuttered sides, smear cream cheese. Pile on pepper jack, bacon, and jalapeño slices.
03 - Toast panko in a pan with the leftover butter until golden and crisp.
04 - Place the panko on top, then press the second bread slice. Grill each side for 5-10 minutes until it's golden and melted inside.
