Golden Parmesan Spuds (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Small Yukon Gold Potatoes, cut in half (1 pound).
02 - Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoons).
03 - Dry Parsley Flakes (1 tablespoon).
04 - Powdered Garlic (1 tablespoon).
05 - Fine Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
06 - Cracked Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
07 - Plain Butter, melted (1/4 cup).
08 - Fresh-grated Parmigiano Reggiano (1 1/2 cups).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F. Clean the potatoes and slice them in half, then cut crisscross lines on the flat sides.
02 - Mix the potato pieces with olive oil and all the dry spices until they're completely covered.
03 - Stir together the butter and grated cheese until it forms a thick mix. Spread it flat across the bottom of your dish.
04 - Put the potatoes flat-side down onto the cheese layer and push them in slightly.
05 - Pop in the oven for 25-26 minutes. After cooking, let them sit for 10 minutes so the cheese gets firm before you serve them.

# Notes:

01 - The cuts in the potatoes help spices soak in better.
02 - Don't use pre-grated cheese, it won't turn out right.
03 - Don't skip the waiting time or your cheese crust won't set properly.
