Cheesy Garlic Bread Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 pieces of garlic bread

→ Filling

02 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
04 - 1 cup chicken, cooked and pulled apart

→ Spread

05 - Salt and pepper as needed
06 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
07 - 1/4 cup mayo

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the pulled chicken, mayo, and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Sprinkle in salt and pepper until the mixture's smooth and flavorful.
02 - Spread the chicken mix all over one side of a garlic bread slice. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top.
03 - Finish with the other slice of garlic bread on top. Warm a pan over medium heat and toast your sandwich for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, letting it turn crispy and melty.
