Broccoli Cheese Rice Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups instant white rice.
02 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) plain butter.
03 - 1 medium white onion, diced.
04 - 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped small.
05 - 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed chicken soup.
06 - 8 ounces cheese product (Velveeta), cut in half.
07 - 1/2 cup milk.
08 - 1/3 cup smashed potato chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 350°F. Get the rice going per box directions.
02 - Melt the butter, then toss in onion and broccoli until onions turn see-through.
03 - Throw in the soup, milk, and half your cheese. Keep stirring till everything's melty.
04 - Fold your finished rice into the mix and dump it all in a greased 8x8 pan.
05 - Sprinkle leftover cheese and chips on top. Pop in oven for 30 minutes till it bubbles.
