Stir together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and strawberry jam until the mix is smooth. Pop it in the fridge for a bit.

Whip the butter and sugars together. Add in the egg and vanilla, then fold in your dry items and strawberries. Let it chill for half an hour.

Grab about a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, add a dab of filling, and cover with another tablespoon of dough. Seal the edges and roll it into a ball.

Put them in the oven at 350°F for about 12-15 minutes, or until they’re lightly browned on top.
