Cheesy Egg Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - ½ cup sharp cheddar, shredded
02 - Around 8 or 9 large eggs
03 - ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
04 - 1 cup of creamy cottage cheese
05 - ¼ teaspoon fine salt

→ Optional Add-Ons

06 - A couple of tablespoons of chopped chives
07 - About ⅓ cup crispy bacon pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F and give the silicone muffin tray a quick coat of cooking spray.
02 - Toss the eggs, cheddar, salt, pepper, and cottage cheese into a blender. Blend everything until it’s silky smooth.
03 - Evenly pour the blended mixture into the muffin tray, filling each cup a bit more than halfway. If you’re adding in bacon or chives, sprinkle them on top now.
04 - Bake for about 20–22 minutes. Let them cool off before you carefully pop the bites out of the silicone tray.
