Buttery Baked Onion Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups uncooked white rice, long-grain variety.
02 - 14.5 ounces broth made from beef.
03 - 10.5 ounces soup with French onion flavor.
04 - 8 tablespoons unsalted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 425°F. Put the rice flat in a square dish for baking.
02 - Dump the beef broth and onion soup right on top of the rice.
03 - Cut butter into chunks and scatter on top. If you want, throw in some black pepper.
04 - Wrap the dish with foil and pop it in the oven for 25 minutes.
05 - Take off the foil and cook another 25 minutes. Let it sit a bit before you dig in.

01 - You'll only need 4 basic items.
02 - Feel free to toss in extra onions and some pepper if you want.
