Get your oven hot at 425°F. Put the rice flat in a square dish for baking.

Dump the beef broth and onion soup right on top of the rice.

Cut butter into chunks and scatter on top. If you want, throw in some black pepper.

Wrap the dish with foil and pop it in the oven for 25 minutes.

Take off the foil and cook another 25 minutes. Let it sit a bit before you dig in.
