Easy Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed.
02 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
04 - 2 lobster tails.
05 - A sprinkle of salt and pepper.
06 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping.
07 - Melted butter, 1/4 cup, unsalted.
08 - Lemon wedges for the side.
09 - 1/2 pound of sea scallops, dried off.
10 - 2 tablespoons of butter, unsalted.
11 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
12 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
13 - Seasoning: salt and pepper.
14 - Parsley, freshly chopped, to garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Take kitchen scissors and split shell down the middle. Gently lift the meat without cutting it loose, leave the base attached. Let the meat sit on top of the shell.
02 - Stir garlic, lemon juice, and butter together. Toss in some paprika, pepper, and salt. Slather the mix over the lobster meat.
03 - Put lobster under broiler for 8-10 minutes until it turns white and opaque. Brush on more garlic butter halfway through cooking.
04 - Heat oil in a large frying pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper over scallops, then fry each side for 2-3 minutes. Take them off the heat once done.
05 - Melt butter in the same pan. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add scallops back in and coat them with buttery sauce.
06 - Dish it up with parsley sprinkled on top and lemon slices on the side.
