Easter Bunny Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup (150g) self-rising flour
02 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
03 - 1 cup (270g) plain yogurt
04 - Butter to grease the dish

→ Optional Decoration

05 - Melted butter to brush the tops
06 - Edible pens for drawing funny faces

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 180°C (360°F). In a bowl, mix the yogurt, flour, and salt until combined into a dough. Add an extra spoonful of flour if it's too sticky to handle.
02 - Divide dough into 6 equal parts (roughly 70g each). From each portion, make one bigger ball (45g) for the main face and two smaller pieces (12g each) for the ears. Roll these smaller bits into short cylinder shapes.
03 - Take a large oven-safe dish and coat it well with butter. Place the 6 bigger dough balls apart from each other to create the faces. Stick the ear shapes onto the sides of each face ball.
04 - Brush some melted butter on top if you want. Pop in the oven for about 20 minutes. They're best eaten warm, and you can draw cute faces with food-safe pens if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - No self-rising flour? Just use regular flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder instead.
02 - The dough stays good in your fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for around 4 months.
03 - They taste amazing when warm. If eating leftovers, warm them up in the microwave for 10 seconds.
