Let pastry thaw as the package says. Heat your oven to 400°F.

Set the brie in the middle of your pastry. Spread cranberry sauce on top and sprinkle with pecans.

Snip leaf patterns from the corners if you want. Bring pastry edges up, squeeze seams together, stick leaf cutouts on the top.

Mix the egg yolk and water, then brush all over the pastry to make it turn golden.

Pop it on a lined baking tray for 18-20 minutes until it's flaky and golden brown.
