Brie Cranberry Puff (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 thawed puff pastry sheet.
02 - 8 ounce brie cheese wheel.
03 - 1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped.
04 - 1 cup cranberry sauce with berries.
05 - 1 egg yolk from a large egg.
06 - 1 tablespoon cold water.

# Instructions:

01 - Let pastry thaw as the package says. Heat your oven to 400°F.
02 - Set the brie in the middle of your pastry. Spread cranberry sauce on top and sprinkle with pecans.
03 - Snip leaf patterns from the corners if you want. Bring pastry edges up, squeeze seams together, stick leaf cutouts on the top.
04 - Mix the egg yolk and water, then brush all over the pastry to make it turn golden.
05 - Pop it on a lined baking tray for 18-20 minutes until it's flaky and golden brown.

01 - Best enjoyed hot from the oven.
02 - Perfect alongside some crackers or sliced fruits.
03 - Feel free to swap pecans with your favorite nuts.
