Boursin Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
02 - 8oz of macaroni or a similar small-shaped pasta
03 - 1 package of Boursin cheese

→ Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons of flour
05 - 1/2 cup of milk
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 2 tablespoons of butter
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt

→ Topping

09 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
10 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the instructions on the package to cook your pasta. Drain it thoroughly and set it aside.
02 - Melt your butter first. Stir in the flour, then slowly pour in the cream. Stir in the Boursin and cheddar, making a smooth sauce. Add the milk in small amounts if it’s too thick.
03 - Toss the pasta with the creamy sauce. If you'd like, sprinkle the breadcrumbs mixed with butter on top.

01 - Grate the cheese yourself for smoother melting.
