Blue Christmas Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of sparkly sanding sugar.
02 - 2 tablespoons of heavy cream.
03 - 2 cups of white chocolate chips.
04 - 2 tablespoons of blue curacao.

# Instructions:

01 - Put the chips and cream in a bowl. Heat on half power in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval, until it’s creamy.
02 - Pour in the curacao and stir well. Cover it up and stick it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
03 - Spoon out generous teaspoonfuls, roll them gently into balls, and cover them with the sugar. Set them down on parchment-covered baking sheets.
04 - Chill them for another hour, then store in the fridge.
