Put the chips and cream in a bowl. Heat on half power in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval, until it’s creamy.

Pour in the curacao and stir well. Cover it up and stick it in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Spoon out generous teaspoonfuls, roll them gently into balls, and cover them with the sugar. Set them down on parchment-covered baking sheets.

Chill them for another hour, then store in the fridge.
