Strawberry Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 box of strawberry cake mix (15.25 oz).
03 - 4 ounces white almond bark (optional for decorating).
04 - 12 ounces pink candy melts.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the dry mix in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat one more time. Let it cool down completely before moving on.
02 - Whip softened cream cheese for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes until creamy. Add in the cooled cake mix and stir until smooth. Cover and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
03 - Lay parchment paper on your baking sheet. Use a tablespoon to scoop portions, roll them into balls, and set them onto the sheet. Let them chill overnight if you'd like.
04 - Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between. Dip the balls into the melted candy, gently shake off extra coating, and place them back on the parchment.
05 - Melt the almond bark and drizzle it over the coated bites. Chill them in the fridge until they’re ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
02 - Uncoated bites can be frozen for 2 months.
03 - Let bites warm to room temperature before dipping so the coating won’t crack.
04 - You can swap the cake mix flavor for variety.
