Beef and Potatoes Meal (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
02 - 1 yellow onion, diced.
03 - 2 tablespoons canola oil.
04 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
05 - 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce.
06 - 1 red bell pepper, diced.
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
10 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
11 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika.
12 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
13 - 1 pound potatoes, diced small.
14 - 2 green onions, sliced.
15 - Rice or cauliflower rice - to serve.
16 - Greek yogurt or sour cream - to add on top.
17 - Extra hot sauce - for extra flavor.
18 - Shredded cheddar - for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm oil in a big pan. Toss in diced potatoes and let them cook for about 6 minutes until they get a little golden.
02 - Toss in the ground meat, onion, and bell pepper. Stir and break the meat into pieces while it cooks. Mix in the seasonings, sauces, and spices. Cook everything for another 6–8 minutes until it's all done.
03 - Mix in sliced green onions. Give it a quick taste and adjust the flavors if needed. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
