Beef Cream Shells (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
02 - ½ of a medium onion, finely chopped.
03 - 8 ounces of medium shell pasta.
04 - 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
06 - 1 pound of lean ground beef.
07 - 14 ounces of tomato sauce.
08 - ¼ cup of heavy cream.
09 - About ⅓ cup of beef broth.
10 - Add some salt and pepper as you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in boiling water until it's still firm to the bite. Drain it and let it sit aside.
02 - Heat the oil and sauté the onion for a few minutes. Toss in the beef, cook it through, and break it apart. Get rid of extra grease. Stir in garlic and chili powder.
03 - Pour in beef broth and tomato sauce, letting everything bubble for a few minutes. Stir in cream, then season with salt and pepper.
04 - Blend pasta into the sauce. Dish it up while warm.
