Baked Mahi Herb Crust (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 filets of Mahi Mahi.
02 - 1/3 cup of olive oil.
03 - 3 garlic cloves, smashed.
04 - 1 package of Italian seasoning mix.
05 - 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
06 - 1/4 cup of mayo.
07 - 1/3 cup of shredded Parmesan.
08 - 2/3 cup of breadcrumbs with seasoning.
09 - A pinch of salt and some pepper.
10 - A fresh lemon for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the fish in a plastic bag. Stir up marinade ingredients and pour into the bag. Let it sit in the fridge for half an hour.
02 - Preheat your oven to 400°F.
03 - Stir together the yogurt, mayo, and Parmesan. Sprinkle in breadcrumbs. Add some salt and a bit of pepper to season.
04 - Lay the fish in a greased 9x13 pan. Smooth the topping over the fish. Add extra breadcrumbs on top if you like.
05 - Bake for 18-20 minutes until it's a nice golden color.
06 - Top with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
