Bacon Cheese Topped Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Package of frozen fries (32 oz)
02 - Crispy bacon (½ pound, broken into pieces)
03 - Fresh green onions (4, sliced)
04 - Thick sour cream (¼ cup)

→ Cheese Sauce

05 - Unsalted butter (2 tablespoons)
06 - Regular flour (2 tablespoons)
07 - Fresh milk (1 cup)
08 - Shredded cheddar (1½ cups/6 ounces)
09 - Pinch of salt and pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the frozen fries following the bag instructions
02 - In a small pot, melt the butter then mix in flour and let it cook about a minute
03 - Pour milk into mixture bit by bit, keep stirring until it gets thick (roughly 5 minutes). Take off heat, add cheese and stir till smooth. Throw in salt and pepper
04 - Pour warm cheese over hot fries, scatter bacon bits, add a dollop of sour cream, then sprinkle with green onions
