Parmesan Air Fryer Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 1/4 lbs of chicken tenders, no skin or bones

→ Flour Mix

02 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
03 - 1/2 cup plain flour
04 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt

→ Garlic Oil Blend

05 - 3 tsp of finely chopped garlic
06 - 6 tbsp olive oil or butter that's been melted

→ Crunchy Crumbs

07 - 2/3 cup Parmesan, fresh and finely shredded
08 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
10 - 1 cup Panko crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Remove any extra pieces of fat from chicken
02 - Grab three dishes: mix flour, salt, and pepper in one; in the second, combine garlic with melted butter or oil; in the third, mix together Panko, Parmesan, paprika, and basil
03 - First cover each tender with the flour mixture, then dip into the garlic butter, and finally press into the Panko blend so it's fully coated
04 - Set at 400°F and cook chicken for 9 minutes, flip them over, and air fry for another 8-9 minutes. Check they're done when they hit 165°F inside
