Tangy Wings with Lemon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds wing pieces from chicken.
02 - 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
03 - 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel.
04 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
05 - 2 tablespoons pure avocado oil.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt with garlic flavor.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the lemon juice, peel, chopped garlic, oil and all spices into a food processor and whirl until completely mixed.
02 - Drop wings into a plastic bag or container with the flavor mix. Let them soak anywhere from half an hour to 60 minutes.
03 - Get your air fryer hot at 390°F before cooking.
04 - Cook the wings spread out in one layer for about 18-20 mins, turning them over midway.
05 - Whip up another smaller batch of the marinade if you want something to dunk the cooked wings in.

01 - You can whip up more sauce if you like dunking.
02 - Work in smaller amounts if your fryer's too full.
