Turkey Breast Roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2.75-3 pounds boneless turkey breast.
02 - 4 ounces soft cream cheese at room temperature.
03 - 1 tablespoon finely diced garlic.
04 - 1/3 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped.
05 - 1/3 cup crispy bacon bits.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped fine.
10 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped.
11 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted completely.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon smoky paprika.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven to 400°F. Flatten turkey until it's about 1/4-inch thick.
02 - Combine the soft cream cheese with bacon bits, garlic, spinach, all herbs, pepper and salt.
03 - Layer the mixture onto flattened turkey, then roll it tightly and secure using toothpicks.
04 - Cover the rolled turkey completely with your spice blend.
05 - Place in oven for 15-25 minutes till it hits 160°F inside. Then brown under broiler for 5 minutes.
06 - Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, coat with some herb butter, then cut and dish up.

# Notes:

01 - Your cooking might take longer or shorter depending on turkey thickness.
02 - You can swap in dried herbs if you don't have fresh ones.
03 - Tastes best when eaten right away but you can warm it up later too.
