Fry ground beef with garlic salt until browned, pour off grease. Stir in marinara and let it bubble for 10 minutes.

Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and diced onion in a bowl until smooth.

Spread half the noodles in a 9x13 dish, add meat sauce, then cheese mixture, then the rest of the noodles.

Sprinkle cheddar on top and pop in the oven for 25 minutes.
