Easy Cranberry Turkey Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb turkey, ground.
02 - 2 cups of prepared stuffing mix.
03 - Half a cup of cranberries, dried.
04 - 1/4 cup of broth (chicken).
05 - 1 beaten egg.
06 - 1/2 tsp of dried thyme.
07 - 1/2 tsp of sage (dried).
08 - Season with salt and pepper.
09 - 1/4 cup melted butter (optional).
10 - Optional gravy to serve.
11 - Cranberry sauce for serving (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F.
02 - Place parchment paper on your baking tray.
03 - Stir together the ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, broth, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper in a big bowl.
04 - Form golf ball-sized portions, lay them on the tray, and brush with butter if you'd like.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, until they're nicely browned and cooked through.
06 - Serve while still warm, pairing with cranberry sauce or gravy if you want.

# Notes:

01 - Freeze the uncooked ones for later.
02 - Mix in diced celery or onions for extra taste.
03 - Meatballs should be 165°F inside when done.
04 - Stick to dried cranberries to avoid too much liquid.
