Spicy Snowballs

# Ingredients:

1 cup softened butter.

½ cup confectioners' sugar.

1 teaspoon pure vanilla.

2 cups regular flour.

4 ounces super finely diced pecans.

¼ teaspoon salt.

¾ cup confectioners' sugar.

1 teaspoon cinnamon.
# Instructions:

Get your oven hot at 375°F. Mix up the cinnamon sugar coating and put it aside.

Whip butter with confectioners' sugar and vanilla till light. Stir in flour, salt and pecans until everything's mixed well.

Roll about 1½ tablespoons of dough into balls and set them an inch apart on your cookie sheet.

Pop in oven for 9-12 minutes. Let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes.

Grab the warm cookies and tumble them in the cinnamon-sugar mix until they're fully covered.

Walnuts work great as a pecan substitute.

You can stick these in the freezer no problem.

Stays fresh for 3 days when left out.
