Spicy Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup softened butter.
02 - ½ cup confectioners' sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.
04 - 2 cups regular flour.
05 - 4 ounces super finely diced pecans.
06 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
07 - ¾ cup confectioners' sugar.
08 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 375°F. Mix up the cinnamon sugar coating and put it aside.
02 - Whip butter with confectioners' sugar and vanilla till light. Stir in flour, salt and pecans until everything's mixed well.
03 - Roll about 1½ tablespoons of dough into balls and set them an inch apart on your cookie sheet.
04 - Pop in oven for 9-12 minutes. Let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes.
05 - Grab the warm cookies and tumble them in the cinnamon-sugar mix until they're fully covered.

# Notes:

01 - Walnuts work great as a pecan substitute.
02 - You can stick these in the freezer no problem.
03 - Stays fresh for 3 days when left out.
