Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 18 pasta sheets for lasagna.
02 - 2 1/2 cups white cream sauce.
03 - 1 cup spicy wing sauce.
04 - 15 ounces soft white cheese.
05 - 4 ounces soft cheese spread, room temperature.
06 - 1/2 cup grated Italian hard cheese, split in two.
07 - 2 teaspoons sea salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt with celery flavor.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground dark pepper.
11 - 3 cups pulled chicken meat.
12 - 15 ounces chopped red fruits, water removed.
13 - 1/4 cup green herb garnish.
14 - 8 ounces stretchy pizza cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow box directions to cook noodles. Lay them flat on oiled cookie sheets.
02 - Combine white and spicy sauces. Dump half into a buttered big skillet or baking dish.
03 - Stir together all cheeses, spices, meat, tomatoes and green herbs.
04 - Smear mixture on flat noodles, sprinkle cheese, then roll them up. Stand them up in your pan. Pour leftover sauce on top.
05 - Wrap with foil, cook at 375°F for half an hour. Take foil off, add cheese, brown under broiler briefly. Let sit before eating.

01 - Veggies work great too.
02 - Full fat soft cheese tastes best.
03 - You can make it earlier in the day.
