Creamy Mississippi Sin Quiche (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce.
03 - 1 deep dish pie crust (9-inch).
04 - 1 green onion, chopped.
05 - 2 ounces cream cheese.
06 - 1 cup ham, diced.
07 - 3 tablespoons sour cream.
08 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
09 - 1 cup heavy cream.
10 - 3 eggs.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - In a pan, cook diced ham for about 3-5 minutes.
03 - Combine these in a bowl: hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and the cooked ham.
04 - Put the ham mix into the pie crust. Sprinkle green onions and shredded cheddar on top.
05 - In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream till smooth.
06 - Pour the egg mix over the crust filling. Bake it for an hour or until the center is firm.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze before or after cooking. To reheat one that's already been baked: thaw, cover with foil, then bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. For frozen but uncooked: let it thaw completely first, then bake as usual.
