Cocoa Banana Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Veggie oil or regular cooking oil (1/2 cup).
02 - Plain white flour (1 cup).
03 - Light wheat flour (2/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon).
04 - Plain cocoa powder (2/3 cup).
05 - Baking soda (1 1/2 teaspoons).
06 - Baking powder (1 teaspoon).
07 - Coffee powder (1 teaspoon, if you want).
08 - Regular cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon).
09 - Table salt (1/2 teaspoon).
10 - Smooshed banana (1 cup/3 medium-large).
11 - Room temp eggs (2).
12 - Fat-free plain Greek yogurt (2/3 cup).
13 - Runny honey (1/2 cup).
14 - Real vanilla (2 teaspoons).
15 - Rich chocolate chips (1/2 cup plus some for the top).

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the oil then let it cool down. Heat your oven to 325°F. Put paper in your 9x5-inch bread pan.
02 - Stir together both flours, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, coffee powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
03 - Stir banana, eggs, yogurt, honey, vanilla and the cooled oil until they're smooth.
04 - Add the wet mix to the dry mix and stir just enough. Throw in the chocolate chips.
05 - Dump the mix in your pan, sprinkle extra chips on top. Cook for 50-60 minutes until a knife comes out clean or it hits 195°F inside.

# Notes:

01 - Works fine with gluten-free flour mix too.
02 - Stays good for 3 days on the counter.
03 - You can make smaller muffins instead.
