Effortless Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt.
02 - 1 pound fresh strawberries.
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
04 - 4 oz of softened cream cheese.
05 - 2 tablespoons honey.
06 - 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse the strawberries carefully and pat them dry with a towel.
02 - Chop off the tops and split each berry down the middle. Arrange the halves on whatever plate you'll serve them on.
03 - Throw the yogurt, softened cream cheese, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla into a bowl. Whisk it all together until it's smooth. Let it chill in the fridge for around 15 minutes to thicken.
04 - Spoon the mixture into a plastic bag, cut the tip off (a piping bag works great too), and pipe it into the cut strawberries. You can also just use a spoon if you prefer.
05 - Swipe a small knife to carve out a bit of dip space in every half.
06 - For the best flavor, keep everything in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before you set it out.
07 - For some texture, sprinkle on graham crumbs or some little chocolate chips if you’ve got them.
