Meaty Bread Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One loaf of ciabatta bread.
02 - 2 tablespoons soft unsalted butter.
03 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic.
04 - Pepper and salt as needed.
05 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded.
06 - 1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded.
07 - 2 teaspoons oil from olives.
08 - 1 pound beef, ground.
09 - 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion.
10 - 2 cloves minced garlic.
11 - 1 1/2 cups tomato ketchup.
12 - 1/4 cup plain water.
13 - 2 tablespoons sugar, brown variety.
14 - 1 teaspoon mustard, yellow type.
15 - 1/2 teaspoon sauce from Worcestershire.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Put some liner on a baking tray. Cut the ciabatta open and smear with your butter and garlic mix.
02 - Heat oil and throw in beef with onions until brown, then get rid of the extra fat. Toss in garlic and let it cook for half a minute.
03 - Pour in the ketchup, some water, brown sugar, yellow mustard, and that Worcestershire stuff. Let it bubble away for 20-30 mins.
04 - Put your meat mix on both bread pieces, then sprinkle all that cheese on top.
05 - Stick it in the oven for 10 mins until you see golden edges and melty cheese.

# Notes:

01 - Try swapping beef for other ground meats if you want.
02 - You can fix the meat part ahead of time if you're busy.
03 - If you're in a rush, grab some Manwich instead.
04 - Want extra crunch? Pop the bread in the toaster first.
