Stir together mayo, tomato sauce, mustard, pickle juice, red spice, and garlic powder until it's all mixed well.

Put sliced onions in hot oil and cook them slowly for half an hour till they turn soft and golden. Add a splash of water now and then to stop them from getting too dark.

Combine the ground beef with salt, pepper, and brown sauce. Make four flat patties that'll fit your bread slices.

Fry the meat patties on medium until they're nicely browned on each side. Put them aside when done.

Spread butter on all bread pieces. Stack them with buttered side down, holey cheese first, then meat, onions, sauce, orange cheese, and top bread with butter facing up.
