Buttery Broiled Lobster Tails (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fresh lobster tails.
02 - A pinch of salt and pepper.
03 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
04 - 3 finely chopped garlic cloves.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika.
06 - 1 teaspoon finely cut thyme.
07 - 1 teaspoon diced rosemary.
08 - 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, diced.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to broil setting or warm it to 500 degrees.
02 - Use shears to cut down the middle of each tail, then gently pull the meat up. Add salt and pepper to taste.
03 - Stir the melted butter with garlic, sweet paprika, thyme, rosemary, and parsley until well combined.
04 - Brush the tasty butter mix all over your lobster tails.
05 - Put under the broiler for 8-10 minutes until the meat isn't clear anymore and gets a light brown color.
