Hot Cheesy Pizza Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rich Cream Layer

01 - 1 tsp Italian herbs
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder
03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup sour cream

→ Tasty Toppings

05 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
06 - 1 cup pizza or marinara sauce
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
08 - A handful of fresh basil leaves for decoration (optional)
09 - 1/2 cup of pepperoni, cut into halves if regular-sized

→ Dippers

10 - Crackers, baguette slices, tortilla chips, or breadsticks

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take a 9-inch skillet or pie dish and spray it lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
02 - Blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and herbs together until creamy. Once smooth, spread it evenly on the bottom of your dish to form the first layer.
03 - Dollop and smooth out the sauce over your cheese base. Toss in half the mozzarella and Parmesan. Lay your pepperoni slices on top, and finish it off with the rest of the cheeses.
04 - Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until it’s nice and bubbly. Switch to the broiler for a quick minute if you want the top extra golden. Let it sit briefly, sprinkle with basil if desired, and dip in while warm!

# Notes:

01 - You can put it together a day in advance and bake later.
02 - Chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives are great for extra flavor.
03 - Spice it up by using hot pepperoni or sprinkling chili flakes.
