Pop cheese spread with a tablespoon of whipping cream in microwave until soft.

Put mixture in Ninja container, pour in sweetener and stir till it's gone. Gradually pour in the rest of your cream and milk.

Put a lid on it and let it sit in freezer for 3+ hours.

Run through Ninja Creami using the ice cream function. If it looks crumbly, just spin again.

Throw in whatever tasty bits you want and use the mix-in program if you're adding stuff.
