Take the first pie crust and roll it out into a rectangle big enough to fit a 13x9 dish. If it breaks, pinch it back together with your fingers.

Combine the corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, sugar, and eggs in a big mixing bowl.

Gently stir the pecans into your mixture until they're evenly spread out.

Pour half the filling over the first crust in your dish. Lay the second crust on top, then add the rest of the filling over it.
