Gooey Pecan Easy Cobbler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups chopped or whole pecans.
02 - 1/2 cup melted butter.
03 - 1 box of pre-made pie crusts in the refrigerator section.
04 - 1 cup of granulated sugar.
05 - 6 eggs that are lightly whisked.
06 - 2 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
07 - 2 1/2 cups of dark corn syrup (for extra depth of flavor).
08 - Cooking spray with a buttery flavor.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Spray a 13x9 glass pan with butter-flavored cooking spray so nothing sticks.
03 - Take the first pie crust and roll it out into a rectangle big enough to fit a 13x9 dish. If it breaks, pinch it back together with your fingers.
04 - Combine the corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, sugar, and eggs in a big mixing bowl.
05 - Gently stir the pecans into your mixture until they're evenly spread out.
06 - Pour half the filling over the first crust in your dish. Lay the second crust on top, then add the rest of the filling over it.
07 - Pop it in the oven for 40-50 minutes until the center looks like it's set.
08 - Let it chill out before cutting and serving.

# Notes:

01 - This is simpler to serve compared to a regular pie. Dark corn syrup brings out a richer sweetness, but light syrup works too.
02 - It’s okay if the filling jiggles just a little when it’s fully baked. Cooling helps set everything up perfectly.
