Grab your leftover chicken and cut it into tiny bits with scissors or a knife until you've got 1.5 cups worth.

Throw the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, flour, and salt into the chicken bowl. Stir everything together until it's all mixed up.

Put a tablespoon of butter or oil in your frying pan and warm it up over medium-low heat.
