Golden Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 oz shredded chicken breast leftovers (about 1 ½ cups).
02 - 2 tbsp softened cream cheese.
03 - ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
04 - 1 egg.
05 - 2 tbsp flour, all purpose.
06 - ½ tsp salt (if you want).

# Instructions:

01 - Grab your leftover chicken and cut it into tiny bits with scissors or a knife until you've got 1.5 cups worth.
02 - Throw the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, flour, and salt into the chicken bowl. Stir everything together until it's all mixed up.
03 - Put a tablespoon of butter or oil in your frying pan and warm it up over medium-low heat.
04 - Drop big spoonfuls of the mixture onto your pan and flatten them down with the back of your spoon or spatula to make fritter shapes.
05 - Let them cook until they turn golden brown, around 2-3 minutes on each side. Move them to a plate lined with paper towels when done.

# Notes:

01 - Scissors make the job of chopping chicken way easier.
02 - Keep an eye on these as they brown fast since the chicken's already cooked.
03 - Feel free to add your favorite seasonings for more taste.
