Effortless Turkey Cheeseball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 slices of cooked bacon, broken into bits.
02 - 2 candy eyes for decoration.
03 - A block of cheddar (small-sized corner piece).
04 - 12 oz of softened cream cheese.
05 - 1 large pretzel rod.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 5+ small pretzel pieces.
08 - 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
09 - 3 or more large pretzel loops.
10 - 3 tbsp ranch spice mix.
11 - Dash of red pepper flakes (1/2 teaspoon).
12 - 1/2 cup of sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Soften and mix cream cheese with sour cream. Stir in cheddar cheese and seasonings. Throw in 1/3 cup of bacon, then save about 3 tablespoons of the mixture for later.
02 - Roll a big cheese ball for the body, and a smaller one for the head. Seal them in plastic wrap and let them rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
03 - Stick the pretzel rod through the head into the body. Attach the candy eyes and make a beak with cheddar. Arrange pretzel loops as a tail, mini ones up front, and sprinkle the rest of the bacon over everything.
04 - Keep it cold until serving. Pair with crackers when it's ready.

# Notes:

01 - Stays good in the fridge for up to 3 days after it’s all put together.
02 - Freeze the cheese mix, but hold off on decorating until you’re ready to use it.
03 - Stick with ranch seasoning instead of the dip blend.
04 - For best results, assemble this on the day you’ll serve it.
