Effortless Fall Persimmons (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 Fuyu persimmons, sliced in halves.
02 - 2 1/2 spoons of coconut oil, warmed.
03 - 2 spoons of honey.
04 - 2 spoons of butter, melted.
05 - 1 single clove.
06 - 1/8 spoon of ground cinnamon.
07 - 1/4 spoon coriander powder.
08 - 1/8 spoon ground nutmeg.
09 - 1 spoon of water.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350° to warm up.
02 - Rinse and slice the persimmons, then lay them in a cast iron pan.
03 - Stir together the coconut oil, butter, honey, spices, and water in a small dish.
04 - Drizzle the mixture evenly over the persimmons.
05 - Cover the pan using foil or a lid.
06 - Pop it in the oven and let it bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
07 - Take it out and leave it uncovered to cool for 10 minutes.
