Easy Lasagna Soup Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground meat.
02 - 1 large, chopped onion.
03 - 4 finely minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1-2 spoons of olive oil.
05 - 1 can (15 oz) of tomato sauce.
06 - 1 can (15 oz) of diced tomatoes.
07 - 1 spoon of salt.
08 - 1 spoon of Italian seasoning.
09 - 1/4 cup of tomato paste.
10 - A sprinkle of black pepper.
11 - 4 cups of chicken stock.
12 - 8 oz of bowtie pasta.
13 - 1-2 cups water.
14 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
15 - 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese.
16 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
17 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm some oil in a large cooking pot.
02 - Break up and cook the beef with garlic and onion until the meat's no longer pink. Get rid of extra grease.
03 - Pour in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, broth, spices, and pasta.
04 - Raise the heat till everything starts bubbling.
05 - Lower heat and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes until the noodles soften.
06 - Throw in more water if the mixture gets too thick.
07 - Stir in some cheese or let everyone add their own later. Sprinkle parsley on top.
08 - Pop leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 3 months.
09 - Pour in a little extra liquid when reheating.

# Notes:

01 - Use big noodles for this one.
02 - Swap beef for turkey or sausage if you prefer.
03 - For a thicker sauce, go with crushed tomatoes.
04 - No cans? Try using a jar of pasta sauce.
05 - Always add liquid before reheating leftovers.
