Easy Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup warmed milk (around 110°F)
02 - 4 cups plain flour
03 - 2 teaspoons dry yeast
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/4 cup white sugar
06 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
07 - 1 teaspoon table salt
08 - 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring

→ Topping

09 - 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing
10 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
11 - 1/4 cup white sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, stir warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit around 5 to 10 minutes until you see bubbles. Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Slowly stir in flour until dough comes together.
02 - Work the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and stretchy. Grease a bowl, put dough inside, and cover it. Leave it to rise for 1-2 hours until it’s doubled in size.
03 - Flatten dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Brush butter on top and sprinkle your cinnamon-sugar blend. Roll it up tightly and slice into 12 even pieces.
04 - Put rolls into a greased dish. Cover them and let them rise for 30-45 minutes. Pop them in a 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes. Once baked and golden, brush them with melted butter.

# Notes:

01 - Top with powdered sugar or a drizzle of vanilla glaze before eating.
02 - Store leftover rolls in a sealed container to keep them fresh for days.
