In a big bowl, stir warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit around 5 to 10 minutes until you see bubbles. Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Slowly stir in flour until dough comes together.

Work the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and stretchy. Grease a bowl, put dough inside, and cover it. Leave it to rise for 1-2 hours until it’s doubled in size.

Flatten dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Brush butter on top and sprinkle your cinnamon-sugar blend. Roll it up tightly and slice into 12 even pieces.

Put rolls into a greased dish. Cover them and let them rise for 30-45 minutes. Pop them in a 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes. Once baked and golden, brush them with melted butter.
