Effortless Chicken Rice Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups of water.
02 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless.
03 - 1 cup of raw white long-grain rice.
04 - 1 small packet (1 ounce) of dry onion soup mix.
05 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) of cream of mushroom soup.
06 - Salt and pepper, as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F and let it preheat.
02 - Coat a 9x13 pan with some nonstick spray.
03 - Lay the chicken breasts in the prepared pan.
04 - Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
05 - Evenly spread the dry rice over the chicken.
06 - Sprinkle the onion soup packet over the rice.
07 - Mix the mushroom soup with the water until smooth.
08 - Drizzle the soup mixture over all the ingredients in the pan.
09 - Use foil to tightly wrap the top of the pan.
10 - Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
11 - Ensure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
