Halve each chicken breast down the middle.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper evenly.

Combine the flour with cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Hold back 2 tbsp of this flour blend for later.

Warm up your oil on medium-high heat.

Cover the chicken pieces fully with the leftover flour mix.

Cook each side of the chicken for five minutes.

Set the cooked chicken aside on a plate.

Lower the heat to medium-low.

Melt your butter and toss in the onions. Let them cook 15-20 mins, stirring, until golden-brown.

Sprinkle in the saved flour mix and stir for about a minute.

Pour in the chicken stock along with Worcestershire sauce.

Mix in the cream and let it all come together.

Put the chicken back in the pan and simmer for 5-7 mins. Adjust seasoning as needed.
