Oven Baked Beef Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef (80-85% lean).
02 - 2 tablespoons taco mix.
03 - 1/2 cup water.
04 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine.
05 - 1 lime, squeezed.
06 - 4 ounces green chiles, diced.
07 - 8 ounces shredded colby jack.
08 - 8-10 corn shells.
09 - 1/2-3/4 cup sour crema.
10 - 2 chipotles in adobo sauce.
11 - 1 teaspoon honey.
12 - 1 clove garlic.
13 - 1/2 lime squeezed.
14 - Oil for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F. Coat 2 baking trays with oil. Brown beef fully then drain the grease.
02 - Mix in spices, water, garlic, lime, and chiles with the meat. Let it simmer till dry. Add 1 cup cheese and mix well.
03 - Heat up your tortillas. Spoon meat mix and cheese on one half. Fold and brush oil on top.
04 - Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden and crunchy.
05 - Mix all crema stuff in a blender until creamy. Serve alongside tacos with your favorite toppings.
