Tasty Chicken Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, thinly sliced.
02 - A sprinkle of kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder.
03 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
04 - 1/4 cup cornstarch.
05 - 1 cup buttermilk.
06 - 1 tablespoon spicy sauce.
07 - 1 large egg.
08 - 2 cups Panko crumbs (grab extra if needed).
09 - Canola or vegetable oil for frying.
10 - 12 slices of mozzarella.
11 - 12 small buns.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder until evenly coated.
02 - In your first bowl, stir flour with cornstarch. For the second bowl, mix egg, buttermilk and spicy sauce. Fill the third bowl with bread crumbs.
03 - Roll chicken in the flour mix first, then dunk in buttermilk blend, and finally coat with crumbs. Pat firmly so crumbs stick well.
04 - Pour oil in skillet and warm to medium. Fry chicken about 2-3 minutes each side until it hits 165 degrees inside. Don't crowd your pan.
05 - Grab a small bowl and stir all bang bang sauce items together, then put aside.
06 - Trim chicken to fit buns, stack on rolls, add mozzarella so it melts, then pour bang bang sauce over top.

# Notes:

01 - You can keep them warm at 325 degrees for no more than 60 minutes.
02 - Let bang bang sauce sit out until it reaches room temp.
03 - Make sure chicken's fully cooked with no pink spots in the middle.
