Set your oven to 350°F to warm up.

Put parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Scoop out 1 tablespoon amounts, flatten them with a spoon, and leave 2 inches between. Sprinkle seasonings on top if you'd like.

Cook for 40-50 minutes until they’re golden on top and the edges turn dark brown. Start checking around 35 minutes.

Let them cool down all the way. Give them 20-30 minutes to set before packing them in airtight jars.
