Effortless Cottage Cheese Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (256g) of full-fat cottage cheese (4% milk).
02 - Optional toppings: Ranch seasoning, Everything bagel spice, Salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to warm up.
02 - Put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
03 - Scoop out 1 tablespoon amounts, flatten them with a spoon, and leave 2 inches between. Sprinkle seasonings on top if you'd like.
04 - Cook for 40-50 minutes until they’re golden on top and the edges turn dark brown. Start checking around 35 minutes.
05 - Let them cool down all the way. Give them 20-30 minutes to set before packing them in airtight jars.

# Notes:

01 - For crispier chips, go with a high-protein cottage cheese. Keep an eye on them late in baking so they don’t burn.
02 - Chips get softer if left out. Finish them in a few hours or stick them in the fridge.
