Sausage Cheese Slow Cooker Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces ground Italian sausage meat.
02 - 1/2 cup chopped onion.
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into small chunks.
04 - 16 ounces Velveeta, chopped into small pieces.
05 - 20 ounces RoTel tomatoes.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook sausage with onion in a pan on medium heat until browned, then drain off any fat.
02 - Transfer cooked meat mixture, chunked cream cheese, diced Velveeta and RoTel with juice to your crockpot.
03 - Put the lid on and let it cook on LOW setting for 2 hours till everything's melted together, giving it a stir now and then.
04 - Switch to the WARM setting and enjoy with tortilla chips.

01 - You can make this on your stovetop too.
02 - Try throwing in extras like corn or beans if you want.
