No-Bake Orange Creamsicle (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of crushed graham crackers.
02 - 1/2 cup melted butter.
03 - 16 oz softened cream cheese.
04 - 1 cup and 2 tablespoons white sugar.
05 - 1 cup drained mandarin slices in syrup.
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.
07 - 1 cup whipped topping.
08 - Extra whipped topping.
09 - Mandarin slices for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Coat a 9-inch springform pan thoroughly with butter or non-stick spray.
02 - Combine cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom and sides of the pan. Set in fridge for 45-60 minutes to set.
03 - Using a hand or stand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, orange pieces, and vanilla until creamy and lump-free.
04 - Gently fold in the whipped topping to the creamy mixture.
05 - Pour the mix into the crust. Spread evenly with a spatula and freeze for no less than 4 hours.
06 - Move to fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Add a topping of whipped cream and extra oranges as decoration.
07 - Use a knife dipped in hot water to cut clean slices.

01 - If no springform pan, use a regular pan lined with parchment or foil for easy removal.
02 - Store frozen for up to 1 month.
03 - Softened cream cheese is key to a smooth mixture.
