Creamy Ritz Chicken Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups diced, cooked chicken.
02 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.
03 - 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers.
04 - 6 tablespoons of melted butter.
05 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - 1 box (6.9 oz) Rice-A-Roni, chicken flavor.
10 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup.
11 - 1 cup sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F so it heats up.
02 - Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
03 - Cook the Rice-A-Roni exactly as the package says.
04 - Combine the sour cream, chicken soup, and all the seasonings in a bowl.
05 - Mix the cooked chicken and prepared Rice-A-Roni with the other stuff.
06 - Carefully pour everything into your greased pan.
07 - Crush the Ritz crackers inside their sleeve.
08 - In a small bowl, mix the crushed crackers with the melted butter.
09 - Toss the grated cheddar cheese into the cracker mix.
10 - Dump the cracker topping over the dish and spread it out.
11 - Pop it into the oven for 25 minutes.
12 - Turn on the broiler for 2-3 minutes to brown the top.

# Notes:

01 - Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
02 - Freeze for a couple of months, no problem.
03 - Heat it up at 350°F for 20-25 minutes with a lid on.
