Cranberry Cake Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces of cranberries, fresh or frozen.
02 - 1 cup of orange juice.
03 - Sugar, 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons.
04 - A quarter teaspoon of cinnamon (use it if you'd like).
05 - A sprinkle of nutmeg and ginger (optional).
06 - 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
07 - 16.25 ounces of packaged white cake mix with required ingredients.
08 - Red sprinkles, about 1 tablespoon.
09 - Green sprinkles, also 1 tablespoon.
10 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
11 - A cup of powdered sugar.
12 - Vanilla extract, 1½ teaspoons.
13 - Whipped topping, 2½ cups.
14 - 3.5 ounces of white chocolate.
15 - Coconut oil, 1 tablespoon.
16 - Dried cranberries, a third of a cup.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook together cranberries, sugar, juice, and spices until they soften. Stir in cornstarch, cook till thick. Cool it down.
02 - Follow instructions on the cake mix box, mix in sprinkles, and bake in a 9x13 pan at 350°F.
03 - While the cake's warm, poke holes across it and pour cranberry sauce in. Let it chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
04 - Combine cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spread this on your chilled cake.
05 - Add dried cranberries on top and drizzle the melted white chocolate mixed with coconut oil.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to swap out whipped topping for homemade whipped cream.
02 - Leaving it in the fridge overnight makes it taste even better.
