Colorful Pasta Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound spiral pasta (fusilli or rotini).
02 - A splash of olive oil for coating.
03 - 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes.
04 - 1 1/2 cups small mozzarella pearls (8 ounces).
05 - 1 chopped red bell pepper.
06 - 1/2 English cucumber, cut into small cubes.
07 - 1 cup thinly sliced red onion.
08 - 3/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, cut in half.
09 - 3/4 cup sliced tangy pepperoncini peppers.
10 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped.
11 - 1 batch homemade Italian dressing.
12 - 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt.
13 - Freshly ground black pepper as needed.
14 - 1 cup torn basil leaves, plus extra for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta until tender, drain and mix with a bit of oil. Cool down completely.
02 - Throw pasta together with all veggies, cheese, olives, peppers and herbs.
03 - Mix in dressing, add salt and pepper. Toss in basil and top with more if wanted.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep this a day before serving.
02 - Stays fresh for 3-4 days when refrigerated.
03 - Save the herbs for right before serving.
