Set your oven to 400°F. Cover your baking tray with foil, then coat lightly with non-stick spray. Lay out the crackers evenly. Mix cinnamon with sugar in a small bowl.
02 -
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Let it bubble for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Once done, take it off the heat and stir in salt and vanilla.
03 -
Carefully pour the warm toffee onto the crackers. Spread it out so that all the crackers are evenly coated.
04 -
Pop the tray into the oven for about 5 minutes. If crackers shift, adjust them while everything is still warm. Be careful of the hot toffee.
05 -
Scatter the chocolate chips on top of the hot toffee. Give them time to soften, then spread evenly. If they aren't soft enough, pop it back into the oven for a minute.
06 -
Dust with your cinnamon-sugar mix. Let it sit for about an hour to harden before breaking it into pieces.
