Churro Cracker Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 40 crackers (Saltine style).
02 - 1 cup of butter, unsalted.
03 - 12 oz white chocolate chips.
04 - 1/4 cup sugar (granulated).
05 - 1 cup packed light brown sugar.
06 - 1/8 teaspoon sea salt.
07 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon (ground).
08 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F. Cover your baking tray with foil, then coat lightly with non-stick spray. Lay out the crackers evenly. Mix cinnamon with sugar in a small bowl.
02 - In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Let it bubble for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Once done, take it off the heat and stir in salt and vanilla.
03 - Carefully pour the warm toffee onto the crackers. Spread it out so that all the crackers are evenly coated.
04 - Pop the tray into the oven for about 5 minutes. If crackers shift, adjust them while everything is still warm. Be careful of the hot toffee.
05 - Scatter the chocolate chips on top of the hot toffee. Give them time to soften, then spread evenly. If they aren't soft enough, pop it back into the oven for a minute.
06 - Dust with your cinnamon-sugar mix. Let it sit for about an hour to harden before breaking it into pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Watch out—the toffee will be very hot.
02 - Sometimes white chocolate needs extra melting time.
